- Forniron: Navmesh reworked.
- Ianthas Castle: Navmesh reworked.
- Khul Vara: Navmesh reworked.
- Novark Castle: Fixed dwarves getting stuck at the top.
- Qaletaqa: Navmesh reworked for alley scene.

Gameplay Changes
- AI Weapons System: Minor improvements.
- Caravans: Completing player caravans rewards experience and renown based on amount sold.
- Characters: Aris Hakkon renamed to Aris Talcinous per new lore, age changed from 30 to 45.
- Chancellor: Option to send messages to all lords added.
- Companions: Can change equipment after turning them into vassals.
- Companions: Hyk and Khivachis no longer disappear from party if player is captured.
- Deserters: Can no longer recruit them below a certain threshold.
- Dialogues: Swapped options so top option is always attack, second is leave for minor spawns/scouts.
- Enlisted: Cannot leave if enlisted <7 days; +1 relations upon retirement.
- Lords: Every -10 honor reduces execution requirement by 1.
- Lords: Liana in new savegames has fixed Cunning reputation.
- Lords: First aid in battle now heals based on intelligence and first aid, not full heal; Battle Cry unchanged.
- Perisno Persuasion System: Choices become harder with use.
- Perisno Persuasion System: Failing an option may increase chances of a previously used option.
- Perisno Persuasion System: Succeeding an option may slightly decrease chances of another option.
- Perisno Persuasion System: Persuading lords to leave you alone considers their stats dynamically.
- Perisno Persuasion System: 8% chance to regain usage counter on failure, 5% chance to not consume counter on success.
- Player Abilities: Companions can use First Aid (not Battle Cry); notification range increased for nearby First Aid use.
- Player Camps: Troop quantity affects disbanding speed.
- Quests: Training troops for lords now favors lower-tier troops.
- Reference Materials: Added Ingvar's Mercenaries and player's HHG to View All Troops (minor factions).
- Reference Materials: Added religious troops to Minor Factions; Drake Rider to Reich's (major faction).
- Reference Materials: Reverted color change for Trade and Tactics not boosting player party skills.
- Refinements: Price adjustments made.
- Treasury: Holding left shift withdraws/deposits 50,000 aurums (was 10,000).
- Troops: Ingvar's mercenaries and household guards have new dialogue explaining equipment circumstances.
- Weekly Budget: When disabled, camera no longer moves to player.
Bug Fixes
- AI Weapons System: AI respects "Blunt Weapons" command.
- Dialogues: Prevents unintentional recruitment of hero-type units.
- Enlisted: No longer soft-locks into battles after defeat.
- Feasts: Descriptions no longer bug out.
- Household Guards: Displays correct time remaining in hours.
- Household Troops: Fixed issue preventing recruitment in some scenarios.
- Household Guards: Fixed exploit allowing legendary weapons without cheats.
- Household Guards: Equipment changes for Nobles/Commons no longer show only Human Male.
- Patrols: Choosing 'Never mind' no longer soft-locks dialogue; fixed to allow exit.
- Player Abilities: Additional fixes for lords using first aid.
- Player Caravan: Can now buy Horse upgrade from Maccavia.
- Lords: Executed lords now lose all fiefs.
- Lords: Cannot convince lords to leave faction if player has no faction.
- Lord Duels: Giants and Dwarves no longer use human armor in specific questline/unique dialogues.
- Marshalship: Player no longer auto-removed as marshal.
- Monarchs: Fixed scenario where they join player’s faction.
- Outlaw Camps: Completing them now raises relations only with towns, not villages.
- Quests: House ladies can now give quests properly.
- Quests: Vinica Rebellion hooks to new owner; auto-fails if garrison ownerless or player becomes owner without speaking to owner.
- Quests: Illica-Falki questline completion makes Nodah, Gunnar, and Dragon Priesters neutral, preventing attacks by others.
- Recruiters: Now recruit appropriate faction recruits for village owner.
- Textures: Valahir armor no longer turns blue at a distance.
- Wandering Bards: No longer misgender ladies when asked about them.
