Fog Of War
FOG can be toggled on and off at the start of the game. You CANNOT change it afterwards. For new players it is recommended to play with FOG on if you wish to discover the world as you go. The player can buy maps to uncover fiefs for specific factions in shops or simply roam the lands.
There are many new kingdom management features and unique new advisers - the Spymaster and the Highmarshal.

New in version v1.3, the player can now take on the job of a caravan by speaking to the tavernkeep. The cost of the caravan will vary between 5000 to 25000 aurums, and after paying the initial price, the town will be the starting point of your caravan. The distance between the starting town and the town you plan to trade to will determine the profit of your caravan. Something to be aware of is that the amount of profit you make is determined only by the player’s trading skill. Therefore, you cannot take advantage of your companion’s high trading skill. You must also beware that the more expensive your caravan, the slower it will make your party. Stay safe out there, traders!
Color Coded Messages
Messages are now color coded depending on situation. This improves on organization and appeal.
Advanced AI Weapon Scripts
New in v1.4, AI has been improved to intelligently equip weapons based on their enemies. Troops with bastard weapons will remove their shield in favor of two-handing when in melee range. Once there are no enemies around they will re-equip their shield. When targeting enemies that have ranged weapons, they will keep their shield equipped longer in order to block incoming projectiles. Troops will also prioritize using polearms against cavalry, followed by two-handed weapons and then one-handed weapons. As for situations when fighting against infantry, troops will prioritize two-handed weapons, followed by one-handed weapons and then polearms.

New in version v1.3 and improved in v1.4, the player can now upgrade any gear in their inventory by speaking to Gordga Hammerhead, who is the weaponsmith in Dwallnor.
